I am a Scientific Assistant working with Dr Carolin Wendling in Pathogen Ecology group at ETH Zurich. I employ molecular methods to evaluate how populations evolve over time. Currently, we are studying how infection of temperate bacteriophages (on their own and in competition) influence the fitness of wildtype and genetically modified strains of E.coli.
